It takes about an hour for the inoffice diagnostics and one-on-one consultation with Dr. Rosello.

Treatment will vary by individual but on averge takes 18-24months if the oral appliance is worn as directed a minimum of 16 hours per day.

Treatment prices vary greatly on a case-by-case basis as each treatment is crafted for individual needs. All pricing is discussed prior to the onset of treatment.

The average cost before insurance benefits are applied for adults is between $12,000 and $17,000 for a full treatment plan including;

• Follow-ups

• 2 Dental Devices (upper and lower)

• Myofunctional Therapy

• NightLase

• Clear Aligners (if needed)

• CBCT scan

• Sleep Studies (interpreted by sleep doctor)

The average cost before insurance benefits are applied for children is between $3,000 and $10,000 for a full treatment plan including;

• Follow-ups

• Multiple Dental Devices (through the Vivos Guided Series)

• Myofunctional Therapy

• Frenectomies (if needed)

• CBCT scan

• Sleep Studies (interpreted by sleep doctor)

We will apply all applicable health and dental insurance benefits and offer many payment options including financing, CareCredit, and payment plans. We accept all dental PPO insurances but will be listed as "out-of-network" for most medical providers. We are not in-network for Medicaid or Medicare.
