CBCT
A 3D dental CT scan to analyze your entire functional airway space and to visualize any problem areas.
Digital Photos
Photos are use to create a custom airway report presentation and serve as a treatment starting point to monitor progress.
Home Sleep Study
A small wearable device used to record important sleep events like: oxygen saturation, sleep interruptions, REM sleep, and generate your AHI.
Oral scan
A digital scan of your upper and lower jaw including teeth to analyze your dental arches and tooth placement.
Head and neck exam
Dr. Rosello will perform an in-depth evaluation of your facial features, tonsils, teeth, lips, and tongue as they pertain to your functional airway space.

How much does a sleep and airway consultation cost?At Breathng Wellness we know that education is key and that's why we offer sleep and airway consultations at NO COST! Our goal is to empower you with detailed information on your airway and sleep performance so that you can make the most informed decision on your health needs.

How long does a sleep and airway consultation take?It takes about an hour for the inoffice diagnostics and one-on-one consultation with Dr. Rosello.

How long does treatment take?Treatment will vary by individual but on averge takes 18-24months if the oral appliance is worn as directed a minimum of 16 hours per day.

How much does treatment cost?/Do you Take Insurance?Treatment prices vary greatly on a case-by-case basis as each treatment is crafted for individual needs. All pricing is discussed prior to the onset of treatment. The average cost before insurance benefits are applied for adults is between $12,000 and $17,000 for a full treatment plan including; Follow-ups 2 Dental Devices (upper and lower) Myofunctional Therapy NightLase Clear Aligners (if needed) CBCT scan Sleep Studies (interpreted by sleep doctor) The average cost before insurance benefits are applied for children is between $3,000 and $10,000 for a full treatment plan including; Follow-ups Multiple Dental Devices (through the Vivos Guided Series) Myofunctional Therapy Frenectomies (if needed) CBCT scan Sleep Studies (interpreted by sleep doctor) We will apply all applicable health and dental insurance benefits and offer many payment options including financing, CareCredit, and payment plans. We accept all dental PPO insurances but will be listed as "out-of-network" for most medical providers. We are not in-network for Medicaid or Medicare.

Where are you located?We are located at 4051 N Dean Rd, Orlando, FL 32817, inside of our partnering dental office, University Dental Group. This is at the intersection of University BLVD and Dean Road in Orlando by the University of Central Florida.
